I would like a different doctors the one I got talk down to me she friendly but cold and don't under stand how you feeling .I see another doctor who work Monday and Wednesday only and she is a lot better and I can talk to her

Saw a GP who was condescending and dismissive, did not have relevant clinical knowledge and did not have time for me and referred me to the NHS app. He had to check with a colleague whether he could prescribe medication and was unable to present any treatment options. It left me feeling unheard, unimportant and disappointed.
Suggested improvements
Employed GP’s who are interested and clinically effective.

Rude staff on reception, asking for help and all they can do is talk down to me and insult me as well as complain they’re understaffed. As an NHS employee myself I’m well aware of the difficulties but that’s no excuse to speak rudely to patients at any time

Teach your reception the trusts values as well as customer service skills to politely talk to people without being rude
